Domestic Shipping (India)

Processing Time

• Sample Kits (Retail Orders): Dispatched within 1–3 working days.

• Franchise / Distributor / Bulk Orders: Processing may take 7 to 30 working days depending on stock availability, location, and seasonal demand.

Note for Partners: We strongly advise all franchisees, stockists, and distributors to place restocking orders in advance to avoid potential stockouts.

We ship using leading logistics aggregators and partners via Shiprocket, including Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Indiapost, Transport and others.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a WhatsApp and/or email confirmation along with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking links are typically activated within 24 hours.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to:

• National holidays or festivals

• Natural calamities or courier strikes

• High order volumes or stock replenishment periods

In such cases, we will keep you informed and ensure timely updates.

Address Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, army bases (APO/FPO/DPO), or unserviceable pincodes.

• Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delays or returns.

International Shipping

We offer prepaid international shipping for select countries (e.g., UAE, USA, Singapore, UK). Charges will be calculated during checkout or communicated by our sales team.

Important: All international duties, customs fees, and import taxes are to be borne by the buyer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged package:

1. Please take clear photographs and/or video during unboxing.

2. Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.

3. We will assist with replacement or claim processing based on courier policies.

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be entertained.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled.

• Sample kits, consumable incense products, and fragrance items are non-returnable due to hygiene and sensory integrity.

• Franchise or Distributor orders are final and governed by individual agreements.

Payment Gateway Compliance

This shipping policy is drafted in accordance with Razorpay, Instamojo, and all major Indian payment gateway guidelines. By placing an order, the buyer:

• Acknowledges the defined shipping timelines (including business order timelines of up to 30 days).

• Accepts non-returnable nature of fragrance-based consumables.

• Understands that delayed restocking is not the responsibility of Udupi Agarbaties.

• Agrees to provide valid, complete, and serviceable delivery information.
