We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please use a secure, trackable, and insured shipping method.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original buyer.
